La Sexta Noticias interviewed David San Martín, coordinator of the Ecoffeed project, to find out more about this initiative that has managed to introduce coffee grounds into the cows and sheeps´ feed.
They also interviewed Gorka Berrio, a farmer from Behi alde who took part in the pilot project and was very satisfied because, according to Gorka, “the cows are attracted by the smell of coffee in the feed, they like coffee”.
