The semi-industrial scale demonstration test of the technological solution developed in the previous actions of the project begins. The collection of approximately 21 tons of coffee grounds from the HORECA sector and their dehydration to obtain the ingredients to be used in the nutritional efficiency tests with animals in the coming months is foreseen.

The first conclusions obtained in the first weeks is that the process is working perfectly and we will continue with the collection and drying of coffee grounds during the next weeks.
